WHO Declaration of pandemic

The crux of the problem lies in the fact that only the WHO can declare a pandemic! The 194 member states must follow the regulations. (International Health Regulation, IHR 2005). These include serious restrictions on economic life and bear the risk of a global recession (which we already have, Mercedes - 78% order intake, Lufthansa on the ground, many retailers before the end, as well as the tourism industry and the catering trade). The potential for a global economic crisis in the 1930s is there. It is already allowed to ask whether the measures prescribed are really proportionate, especially with regard to the actions of past years with more serious figures.
